Health services should have at least one independent member on their team to review an adverse patient safety event.

Independent panel members provide a fresh pair of eyes and an objective view from outside of your health service.

Our PEER platform makes it easier for health services to find and connect with an independent panel member.

Applications to become an independent panel member for serious and sentinel event reviews are now open.
