Our Paediatric Clinical Network is looking for a paediatric Nurse Unit Manager to chair the Nurse Unit Manager NUM Group and help enhance the care of children across Victoria.

About the Paediatric Clinical Network

The network aims to support an integrated statewide approach to health services for children, promoting and supporting the delivery of efficient, effective and equitable health care for children in Victoria.

The network has formal governance structures, a clinical lead and a range of project-specific working groups and subcommittees, including the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) Group.

The purpose of the NUM Group is to facilitate information sharing and networking opportunities for NUMs, reduce unwarranted variation in clinical care, promote best evidence-based care and the use of statewide resources for paediatrics.

Who are we looking for?

A paediatric NUM working in a dedicated paediatric unit who is interested in becoming the chair of the NUM Group.

What's involved?

As the chair of the NUM Group, you will facilitate information-sharing and networking opportunities for paediatric NUMs and NUMs of combined paediatric and adult in-patient public or private services across Victoria.
