Patience experience and outcomes

Expressions of interest have now closed.

We are currently seeking consumers to join our Critical Care Clinical Network Governance committee and Insight subcommittee.

This is an opportunity to provide an important consumer voice, participate in meaningful strategic planning, support the use of evidence and data, and enhance the quality of care in intensive care units across Victoria.

Governance committee

The CCCN Governance committee provides direction and oversight to the network while representing the clinician and consumer member interests.

Insight subcommittee

Working collaboratively with the governance committee, the insight subcommittee facilitates the identification and use of meaningful data to improve the quality of care.

Who are we looking for?

Consumers who:

  • are enthusiastic and passionate about improving the care and experiences of critical care patients and their families across Victoria
  • have recent lived experience of critical care as a patient, or family member of a patient, in an intensive care unit, critical care unit or high dependency unit
  • are able to focus on how to improve healthcare for a large population of patients with a variety of illnesses or injuries
  • available to commit to the activities of the committee, including attending face-to-face meetings.

What’s involved?

As a member of our Critical Care Clinical Network committees you will support an integrated statewide approach for health services that provide critical care. Members will promote and support the delivery of efficient, effective and equitable healthcare for patients in Victoria.
