Why I do what I do
“My personal experience as a primary carer for a chronically unwell and palliative family member influenced my decision to move into healthcare redesign and strategy roles. This was inspired by the incredible care and support we received from individuals and teams, despite the obvious system challenges we observed. This experience has driven my commitment to system wide improvement that results in the delivery of sustainable healthcare and positive experiences for patients, families and the incredible teams who deliver care.”
