Ian is an experienced senior project manager in innovation and improvement with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital and healthcare industry. Ian has skills in crisis management, people management and Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt). Ian holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) qualifications and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in organisational development from La Trobe University.
- Redesigned models of care for all Bendigo Health Services Prior to relocation to the New Bendigo Hospital (2016)
- Project managed the move from the Old Bendigo Hospital to the new hospital achieving the safe move of 170 patients, all equipment, staff, systems and operations in less than 10 hours (2017)
- Was project lead for the Specialist Clinics Partnership at Bendigo Health leading to a reduction in fail to attend rate by 25%, increasing the number of patients seen by 1300 per annum and leading to a significant reduction in clinics waiting list (2018)
- Implemented the Organisational Strategy for Improvement Matrix (OSIM) (2018).
