Professor Mike Roberts (UK) is Clinical Academic Lead for Population Health and Director of the UCLPartners Education program. He has wide experience working across primary, community and secondary care to improve patient centred care.
He is an integrated care physician at Princess Alexandra NHS Trust and West Essex CCG and Professor of Medical Education for Clinical Practice at Queen Mary University of London. Mike also consults for NICE International in China and Vietnam.
In the course of his role with UCLPartners, Prof Roberts has worked closely with partners in Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge to improve care for people with co-morbidities and was instrumental in designing the Health 1000 programme.
