Spread over two half days after an initial Tech check and Introductions meeting, this is the first in a series of workshops designed to build your knowledge and skills in reviewing adverse patient safety events.
This is a pre-requisite to future workshops which focus on review methods - RCA², London Protocol and AcciMap (unless you attended our Incident review workshop in the past three years).
