This website is shared by Safer Care Victoria (SCV), the Victorian Agency for Health Information (VAHI) and the three independent boards/councils we support.

SCV and VAHI were created from the same government reforms to improve quality and safety across Victoria's public healthcare system.

We work together closely – using data, insights and evidence to flag emerging issues and drive improvements in healthcare quality and patient safety.

SCV is the state’s healthcare quality and safety improvement specialist
VAHI analyses and shares quality and safety information across Victoria's healthcare system to ensure everyone has an accurate picture of how we're getting it right.
